Educated in both Europe and in the United States, and is a lawyer with substantial experience that was acquired on both sides of the Atlantic. In particular, Kevin has represented clients and counselled individuals and corporate entities in numerous jurisdictions on subjects that have included a comprehensive range of business and immigration matters. Kevin brings particular expertise to the EB-5 Immigration practice area, in which he is one of the more experienced of the practitioners in the field.
Kevin is a graduate of University College London, and of the University of Notre Dame as well as of the City University of New York’s Bernard Baruch College. Kevin is admitted as a lawyer in the United Kingdom, California and New York and he has practiced in New York for over 20 years.
Kevin’s skills in business and immigration law have special relevance in the EB-5 practice area, where he has worked on the entire life cycle of establishing and implementing regional center and direct investment cases, representing, at times, developers, as well as general partners and their limited partnerships, various corporate entities, and he has also represented individual investors who seek to obtain their own EB-5 status.
